You know you are in Utah when:
- Yielded left turns. To be honest I am really not a fan.
- There is more open land than buildings. Okay Utah I'll give you that the landscape is beautiful.
- It is 101 degrees outside yet you are still looking around to make sure there isn't snow on the mountains....but there still is.
- Gas makes a slurping noise when it is being pumped into your car.
- Random boys come up and help you move boxes.
- Chances are that at least 50% of the people on campus speak another language fluently.
- It is possible to awkwardly run into people you have met at EFY or "on the mish"
- There are more bridal and floral shops then Starbucks.
- Drive anywhere and you pass multiple church buildings and sometimes even a temple.
- The streets are numbered instead of named. I am still figuring out my North, South, East, and West.
There are many more but those are the first that seem to pop into mind. Here I am. Sophomore year here I come.
